Bring Out Your Wild Side With Cheetah Checks

By Alan Plastin

Are you tired of carrying plain, boring personal checks? Are you ready to carry checks that are fun and exciting and actually say something about you and your personality? Of course you are! Now, you can bring out your wild side with cheetah designs and they don't even have to break your wallet thanks to the incredibly low prices you can find online.

The cheetah is a large cat that lives in parts of the Middle East and in most of Africa. He can run faster than any other land animal and can get up to 112 miles per hour. He can also accelerate from 0 to 62 miles per hour in as little as 3 seconds. In addition to his fast speed, the cheetah is also known for her claws which are semi-retractable.

Even though the bulk of the cheetahs reside in Africa and southwest Asia, a miniscule population that has managed to endure can be discovered in Iran, too. The conservationists in this area are attempting to keep the small population thriving. An additional small group might also be subsiding in India, although this hasn't been well documented.

Lots of open land is what the cheetahs like for their habitat. They relish prairies, open biotopes, thick brush, and semidesert regions. Savannahs and grasslands are also home to cheetahs since they have thick vegetation and smaller animals that the cheetahs can stalk and hunt.

Although cheetahs do make typical cat sounds, they also communicate using a variety of other noises, too, including purring, yowling, growling, chirping and stuttering. Chirping is generally used to search for their young while stuttering is a social sound that they make when conversing with each other. Growling and yowling are reserved for dangerous situations and purring means that they are content and happy. They might be big, but they're still cats at heart.

Cheetahs were once tamed and domesticated and used to hunt large game for wealthy hunters and aristocrats. Cheetahs like to hunt in the cooler parts of the day, such as morning and early evening, and they stalk their prey before chasing it. Although they have a 50% success rate, if they don't catch their prey right away they will usually give up after a few minutes and move onto something else.

Ancient Egyptians also kept cheetahs as pets and used them for hunting, too. They were kept on leashes and then let go whenever the prey was near. Persians and Indians also used this method of hunting with cheetahs. Famous leaders such as Genghis Khan and Charlemagne kept cheetahs while Akbar the Great had as many as 1,000 of them.

Whether you love the animals or just the cheetah print, you'll be sure to love the cheetah checks. And, when you order them online, you can save as much as 50% off their cost. It's completely safe to order your checks online when you use a reputable website and you'll have literally hundreds of designs and styles to choose from, too. Writing checks has never been more fun!
