Moreover, the B class is older and less fancy than the A type. Finally, the C class maybe economical, but the styles and features are obsolete and have low quality than the first two types.

Overall safety, transportation and even the quality of building are factors to consider. Disregard places which you think is ineffective to all your needs and wants.
