Mineral salts are vital for sharp teeth. Fibrous foods such sugar canes, apples and carrots also help in removing debris stuck in between our dentals. Apple vinegar is also helpful in killing the bacteria stuck in our teeth and the whole mouth.

For a good dental hygiene, one should eat fibres food reach in calcium and vitamin which aid in making teeth strong especially milk. Carrots, apples, and other crunchy foods help to remove naturally debris in between our teeth hence recommended after the last meal of the day if one is unable to brush their teeth. Alcohol and cigarette smoking frequently create a serene environment for the multiplication of bacteria in the mouth. The tar causes the staining of teeth and also mouth cancer.
