Promoting your online or offline business can involve many different methods of marketing opportunities. These can include blogs, flyers, articles and forum posting. Whatever methods you choose, the more you do the better chance, you have of getting your prospective clients to contact you and give you their business.

One interesting method of selling product that people forget about in our electronic world is sending out postcards. This method allows you to send your offers out to a lot of interested people via the post office. Most post offices will give you a bulk rate for the sending of a large group of postcards, so check with them to see.

Flyers work well too, especially for a local business, and even now for online businesses as well. These flyers can be printed professionally or you could print them yourself. Then you could hire a delivery service, there are plenty out there, or you can deliver them yourself if you have time and it is a small area. Think about the flyers you get every day in your mail, at least some of them are of use and you keep investigating.

Bulletin boards are get places to pin up notices, and people are always curious about what is pinned up there. They just gravitate to the bulletin boards, and often take down the business cards, or pull off the phone number tags to get in touch with you later about your business.

Writing articles about your products or businesses is a great way to spread the word about them and to increase your SEO responses. You can post your written articles on Hub pages and e-zine article placement services. Then the more people who see your article the more will know about your great new product of service.

Similar to article posting is the blog posting industry. You really need to have your own blog for your product. Then you need to post interesting blog posts, with pictures and videos. The more pictures and videos you have the higher your SEO gets, and therefore the more people viewing your website, besides writing blogs can be fun and profitable. Add advertising to the side links, and make some extra money.

The last area with are going to discuss are forums. Make sure you join related forums. That is forums related to your products. Then add your signature, and post in the forums often. Dow be too much of a seller, but do promote your products. Forums can be a real positive as other people in the forum will be willing to try out your products and give positive feedback.
