Tips For A Successful Six Week Dient Plan

By Scott Hall

Without a doubt, weight has always been a contentious issue for human beings since time immemorial. The heavier you get, the more people find you unhealthy. The health effects of being obese are also known to be catastrophic, hence the need to lose it. While some people find it easy to lose weight, others do not have a clue how to go about it. If you follow this six week dient plan, you may well be on your way to restoring your health.

To solve your weight problem effectively, you must start by understanding the factors that cause it in the first place. Obesity can be attributed to a number of factors. The most common ones are genes, stress and unhealthy eating. In most of the recorded cases, unhealthy food is the most predominant contributing factor.

With junk food easy to come by these days, the number of obese people is not likely to go down any time soon. You should bear in mind that junk food is full of fat that clogs arteries, leading to heart attacks in most cases. The probability of suffering a heart attack is further intensified by lack of regular exercise. With this in mind, you should think of overhauling your dietary practices.

Besides partaking in regular exercise, you must lower the amount of starch and sugar you consume. These are filled with calories that can trigger the overproduction of insulin by the body. Insulin always secrets fat when triggered. By limiting how much fat it produces, you ensure your body does the job of burning fat as opposed to carbohydrates. If you do everything as required, you may shed upwards of ten pounds in a week.

When eating meals with fat, you need to ensure everything is balanced. This means having a diet that contains proteins, fat and vegetables with low carbohydrate content. The recommended amount of carbohydrates is 20 to 30 grams every day. Balancing is one way of ensuring this target is not exceeded. You can get proteins from fish, chicken, beef, pork and bacon. Eggs also contain lots of healthy proteins.

Go for cucumber, broccoli, kale, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, spinach and Brussels sprouts for your vegetables. Always alternate these in your everyday meals. Good fat sources include avocado oil, butter, tallow, coconut oil and olive oil. Coconut oil is always the best to use for cooking. Its fat boosts metabolism more significantly than other oils.

During your diet, you must totally cut off the intake of processed foods such as cookies and French fries. If you eat them, you risk taking yourself a step back despite your advancements. After the end of the six weeks, you may eat them albeit in moderation.

Furthermore, drink sufficient amounts of water daily. It is advisable to do eight glasses a day. When taking water, do so thirty minutes prior to eating. Ultimately, you should get the body weight you have always wished for.
