Most of the time, companies focus more on quantity. Well, this might not be a bad idea, especially if you need workers so bad. However, if you want to ensure that your company would really flourish, then quantity might not be a good choice to go for. Instead, focusing more on quality is a must. In that way, you have good individuals in your company.

Also, you have to ensure that they have a bit of experience on what they are doing. This is not that necessary though, because there are some individuals that are good on what they are doing even though they do not have some experience yet. If this is the case, then hiring them might be a good idea still.

In some situations, you need to change managers or leaders. This can be difficult for you, especially if you still need to look for a replacement. By hiring individuals that are versatile and competitive, you have a bunch of options that you can choose from.
