This machine does exactly what all the another machines does but this one is a little faster than the others are. This is one of the main reasons why manufacturers of circuit boards prefer to use this machine above the others. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the other machines.

The machine that is used more often that the others, is called the infrared conventional machine. This machine, as mentioned earlier, works quite fast. If you look at this machine, you might think that this machine is very difficult to work.

The first you may wish to contemplate is the infrared and convection appliance option. This appliance has a few different zones that need to be taken note of. Each of these zones temperatures can be regulated and controlled separately. This means that zone one can be set on three hundred degrees and zone two can be set on one hundred degrees. You will also find that there are quite a few zones that will be known as the heating zones. This is where the temperature is high.

These zones are basically managed on its own even though they are combined into one appliance. You will find that there are two doors to this appliance. They are located on either side of the appliance.

This is the door that will be used to put the item in at the one door and take the item out at the other door. You will find in the appliance will be a conveyor belt. This conveyor belt will move the items in the appliance from the on side to the other side.

Every zone will have its own temperature control. This means that not one of the zones will have the same temperature as the one next to it. There will be different controls for each zone.

This will make it possible for the person that is working with the machine to control the temperature for each zone individually. The last zone in the machine that is also close to the door where you remove the items or parts from the machine is called the cooling zone. This zone will have something similar to a small air conditioning unit in.

This will cool the parts when it comes through to the cooling zone from the zone where the heat was very high. There will be a conveyor belt on the inside of the machine. This conveyor belt will move the items from the one zone to the next. This is because you do not have access to the middle of the machine, as the temperature needs to be controlled and constant. That is also, why you will only get the doors at the beginning and the end of the machine.
