Cleanliness is second to Godliness so goes the adage, people should make sure that they maintain a high hygiene level in order to shield themselves from ailments. Adult females do use these products during their monthly periods and during cleaning any discharge that comes out from their vulva. These feminine hygiene products are designed in a way that they provide the cleanliness that is required.

There are a variety of these products used to maintain cleanliness in the females. These includes; tampons, sanitary pads, pantie liners, menstrual cups and so on. They usually are made in a way that does not cause trouble to the user hence no need to get much help or read user guidelines.

Worldwide we find that sanitary pads is popular among women in many countries since they use them in many occasions where their monthly periods do knock at their doors. Many retailers do make pads available at their stores hence women cannot lack them when need be, secondly they have a pocket-friendly price ideal for them. The modern pads replaced traditional ones that had belts and were heavy to carry around due to their thickness.

We also have tampon which too have a rich past before it evolved. It was born through fusion of French word tampion meaning a clothing that shields an opening. Modern tampon is made in a way that makes it have good vaginal penetration and absorb the menstrual flow, however, it is not recommended in many first world countries; this is because young teenage girls who have started their monthly period cannot use them because their vaginal walls are not strong enough to expand and hold it in.

Menstrual cups are also used in bid to have a hygienically fit body. They are manufactured with silicone which is medically tested and imitates the shape of a bell and is flexible in order to make us easy, it is placed inside the vagina to tap blood rather than absorbing it. Plenty of merits comes with the cup since one empties blood washes it and continues to use it for a long period of time saving money incurred during purchasing pads.

Last but not the least we have pantie liners which do not have a broad width and are used in daily basis in absorbing vaginal discharge and a times used during light menstrual periods. It should not be used in cases of heavy menstrual periods since the thin cotton material do get easily soaked by heavy discharge hence they can make other clothes dirty. Women do spend a lot of cash when they use them since they should be changed on a regular basis hence one should have many in order to meet the desire she requires.

Schools should make sure that girls learn how to use these products. This is because when they reach puberty and start experiencing the body changes they have fear of speaking out. Early hygiene studies helps them maneuver in the trauma of menstruation.

Third world countries should be given aid in order to hold good hygiene conditions. Since not every lady in the country can afford the sanitary pads donation puts a smile on their faces. As time passes the school going generation will become leader who will unchain their countries economic status, Lord loves a cheerful giver.
