A good leader does not necessarily mean being strict and authoritative. Sometimes, you just need to be matured with your decisions and your choices.

Managers and supervisors would not gain their positions if not because of their sacrifices and efforts. They would never get that title of they did not perform well when they were still average employees. When the organization saw their potential to lead, then there would be no more questioning. Your hard work will always pay off.
