Solawrap Oregon Is Embraced By City Farmers

By Della Monroe

Rainfall and sunlight in the correct proportions are very vital for the growth of plants during the planting season. Without the two factors, production and yield are affected. Extreme weather experienced in certain parts the USA often destroys crops leaving the farmer counting losses. Solawrap Oregon City since its inception in the state has reduced cases of crops being destroyed by snow, hail, ice and strong winds that often hit various parts of the continent.

Experts are trained to assist the client in making the right purchase so that the company avoids negative reviews from buyers. In most instances, the staff will make enquiries to obtain the relevant information that will help them determine the size of polythene film that will be appropriate and probably issue instructions here and there to assist the client.

Several polythene in the market used to cover the greenhouse are not durable often wearing out months after their purchase. This new product by the Germans is strong and becomes stronger with every pull. The film has to be pulled hard during installation but will not crack because of the air bubble within the three layers. The strength has been proven with practical tests. Snow of about 4000 lbs. Was put on the film after installation and it supported the weight.

Three layers of the polythene have been used by the experts to make this great invention. Between the layers are bubbles of air that they say makes it even stronger. The technology used has also been attributed to the products ability to stretch when being installed without tearing or wearing. Many farmers continue to opt for this hi-tech item that can erase all their earlier problems.

Many of the farmers in Oregon grow their crops for sale to their neighbors and others for export. The business can only bloom if the crop is available whenever it is needed. Farmers have struggled over the years to meet this increasing demand to no avail hence the creation of the Solawrap. Today, plants can be harvested even when snow is falling angrily outside or when the sun is scotching the earth mercilessly. Quality and increased yield has also been guaranteed meaning that they can plant and harvest annually without paying much attention to weather.

Though the film was invented in Germany, it has spread to the USA where farmers have embraced it with open arms and applauded its significance in the sector. The state has more farmers than their fellow counterparts who have majored in farming. In addition, the Germans are not very good at marketing their own products so the US market was very important to them.

Companies that engage in the sale of agricultural products are already selling it in many of their outlets countrywide. Customers can now buy them easily and at affordable prices unlike before when some farmers were forced to import. Competition is also stiff due to the demand for the product and this has improved service delivery with every firm trying hard to maintain the client base.

The older polythene films used to cover the greenhouse in the market required the use of nails and a huge labor force to install and have it ready to operate. However, this new one has no use for many men who have to put the nails in place. It only need slight stretches in the right corners for it to fully cover the greenhouse structure.
